This year’s Annual Art Fest proved that the future of art is in good hands. Held at the Cultural Center Hall, the event focused on young, upcoming artists aged 16–25. Attendees were treated to a colorful array of artwork ranging from oil portraits and digital illustrations to recycled-material sculptures.
The Youth Art Tournament added a layer of excitement, giving finalists just 45 minutes to bring a concept to life on canvas. “It’s amazing to see such skill and confidence at such a young age,” remarked guest artist and mentor, Sirajul Islam. The grand prize went to 18-year-old Tamanna Hossain for her hauntingly beautiful painting titled "Silent Growth."
